How does an agency get access to communities?
Sign up for Smart plan as an agency and choose your region — the region’s communities with live availability appear in the app.
How does the widget on an agency’s site work?
You put the Smart plan widget on your site. The client picks a plot and a house in the communities of their city and sends a request — it is locked to you automatically, and your reward for the deal is guaranteed.
Who pays the commission to the agency?
The community developer pays for the plot and the builder pays for the house. The platform doesn’t withhold the commission and charges the agency nothing.
What if two agencies bring the same client?
Client locking shows who brought them in first, and the conflict is resolved by the developer’s rules, not in a chat.
Can we see current availability?
Yes, you see what is free right now, with no need to ask “send me the current price list”.
Is this a lead exchange?
