Dmitry Dorofeev, founder and CEO of Smart plan, made the shortlist for Startup Founder of the Year at the Person of the Year 2025 award by Delovoy Kvartal magazine (Novosibirsk).

He was nominated for developing Smart plan, a platform for development automation.

The shortlist was approved by the award’s expert council, which included Oksana Isaeva, Vice President of the Novosibirsk Region Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
