Novosibirsk developers — Remod LLC, headed by Dmitry Dorofeev — presented Smart plan, an ecosystem for development automation, at the 19th Siberian Venture Fair. The fair was held as part of the Technoprom 2025 forum.

Smart plan has become a Skolkovo resident. The publication cites these figures: sales launch in 1 day; savings of 10 million rubles and 6 months for Kortros Group (10 apartment complexes); price changes in minutes instead of a week.

“What we need is a strategic partnership to carry out a large-scale implementation,” said Dmitry Dorofeev.
