A construction company registers as a contractor and gets a "Projects" section. A wizard guides it step by step: houses, photos and floor plans, promotion, launch. Designs can be imported from the contractor’s website, and Splan AI sorts floor plans by storey and fills in room areas. In the "Promotion" section the contractor picks the communities where its houses are shown.
