Open "Modules" («Модули») → "Commercial offer generator" («Генератор коммерческих предложений») and create a template.

Open a property → "Plots" («Участки») or "Units" («Помещения») and tick the lots.

Choose the "Create offer" action («Сформировать КП») — the file will download.
