"House + plot" price list and a price list for chosen lots
Build a price list from just the ticked lots or all properties; for communities, a “Houses on plots” option shows the house and plot price together.
What’s new
A price list can be built from only the ticked lots, or as one list covering all properties. Communities now have a "Houses on plots" option: a row for every "plot + house" pair with the total price.
How it works
Before
- A plot shows only its cheapest house
Now
- A row for every "plot + house" pair
- A price list for just the ticked lots
How to use it
- 1
In a property → "Plots" («Участки»), tick lots and choose the "Price list" action («Прайс-лист»).

For a combined price list: "Modules" («Модули») → "Price list generator" («Генератор прайс-листов») → "Combined price list" («Общий прайс-лист»).

In the community template, choose "Houses on plots" («Дома на участках»).
