Bookings with a deadline and reminders
A lot is booked for a set time. Before it ends, the manager gets an email and the buyer a text, and an expired booking is lifted by itself.
What’s new
A plot or apartment can be booked for a set time, with the booking payment marked and someone assigned to it. Before the booking ends, the manager gets an email and the buyer gets a text message.
How it works
Before
- A booking sits there until someone remembers it
- The buyer forgets the deadline is coming
Now
- The manager and buyer get a reminder
- An expired booking is lifted automatically
How to use it
- 1
Open a property → "Requests and bookings" tab («Заявки и брони») → "Bookings" («Брони»).

Click the gear icon: set the booking deadline, the person in charge and the reminders.

Click "+ Booking" («+ Бронь») to book a lot.
