How to build an interactive community master plan for your website
How to put a map on your website where buyers see available plots and prices and leave a request. What they will see and what to set up.
What will the buyer see?
Phases with available plots and a filter by price, area and street. They find a fit and leave a request.
- 1Plots available in the phase
- 2Price filter
Where do statuses and prices come from?
From the plot table: number, area, price, status. Change it once — the master plan, price list and proposals update. A booking from amoCRM or Bitrix24 appears on the plan. Load the list by:
- cadastral numbers
- an Excel table
- a range of numbers
- a link to the lot list
- 1Number, as on the map
- 2Available, booked or sold
- 3Promotion on a plot
How do you draw the plot map?
Upload the community render and click “Mark up”: outline the plots on the picture. Numbers on the map and in the table must match.
- 1Community render
- 229 of 39 marked up
How do you put it on the website?
Copy the widget code and paste it into your site. One code works for Tilda, WordPress, 1C-Bitrix and any website. A request arrives with the plot in the CRM, amoCRM, Bitrix24, by email or in Telegram.
